As all our merchandise is made-to-order specially for each individual client, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
However, if there was an error with your order, or you received defective merchandise, please inform us immediately upon receipt. Damaged or incorrect items may qualify for an exchange, in which case we will have the item recreated and re-shipped to you at no additional cost, and provide a return label for the damaged/incorrect item.
